Yes, the stream server is down! I'm working on it right now.
Update #1: Since the machine is already down, I'm rolling out some updates that should improve network stability in the future. Also, some updates I made earlier today are complicating the recovery a bit.
Update #2: Back up and running. (Actually we have been for a while, I just forgot to update this page...)
